My most recent visit in this exquisite condominium was worth my while. A co-owner of the unit had shown me around his unit (which up for sale by the way). The concept is indeed remarkable, I would have agreed to buy it in the first place but unfortunately didn't meet his cash demands (which is also negotiable but I failed the negotiation). The building is located at Eastwood, Libis (Philippines only) which is in the heart of the commercial district of Libis. One Central Park is also connected to the mall so how convenient can you get a condo unit that is near the mall? The unit is also located at the 5th floor of the building which can also be the garden floor. It's 67 meters floor space area (maybe good for 2 people to live in) with also one parking slot reserved at the basement. It has one bedroom, kitchen, dining, living rooms. Maid's quarters and bathrooms as well. The ceiling is high enough at 14ft high from the finished floor. The swimming pool, function rooms and the gymnasium is on the same floor as the unit. And we are selling the condo unit for 6.8 million php and 3% goes to the agent's commission. And the plus side is that it's within the business district of Eastwood, Libis. So please don't hesitate and try buying the condo of his hands and negotiate to his standards.
